Avenues 43rd graffiti off the 110 Pasadena Freeway (Aroyo Seco) in Northeast Los Angeles. The graffiti is on the east side of the 110 Pasadena Freeway at Avenue 43rd exit looking east. Near the end of the clip you will see two houses in the hills, which is Montecito Heights, an upscale community adjacent to the Avenues neighborhood. Those two houses are on the 3900 block of Evadale Drive & Paige Street.
