I mean like:
Jacobean?
Regency?
Georgian?
Victorian?
Edwardian?
Or is it something completely different?

It isn't really any of them, just inspired by a number of them. The closest might be baroque or rococco, but it does have some victorian elements.
It is not Jacobean, Regency, Edwardian or Georgian in style
