Q&A: Will Obama include this traffic stop in his AZ lawsuit sheriff’s deputies arrested an illegal?
Question by THE GREATEST GODDESS JILL: Will Obama include this traffic stop in his AZ lawsuit sheriff's deputies arrested an illegal?
PHOENIX -- Maricopa County sheriff's deputies arrested an illegal immigrant after seizing firearms and approximately a quarter of a million dollars in cash during a traffic stop.
Acting on a neighborhood complaint of a possible drug house, sheriff's detectives were watching a home in the 7200 block of Montecito Avenue.
Over the weekend, detectives stopped two vehicles leaving the home and found a large amount of cash inside one of them.
Detectives served a search warrant on the home and found more money and weapons, including an AK-47 assault rifle and two handguns.
Deputies arrested Adolfo Beltran, 20, of Mexico. He was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio said this incident shows the connection between the international financial side of drugs and illegal immigration.
The investigation is ongoing.

Can someone help me figure out what song this is?
Question by Harriet S: Can someone help me figure out what song this is?
ok, i've been heard this song and i have no idea what it is or who it's by.
it starts off with a man kind of rapping in a jamaican accent and then the chorus is something like"bomb diddy bomb de dang de dang diggy diggy [oooooooo in a high voice by a girl] " [spelled phonetically, sorry]
if it helps i first heard this song on an episode of Las Vegas where Danny goes to ask Delinda to work for Monica at the new Montecito and she is at a party where this song is playing in the background.
i know that this is extremely vague but someone help please!
I FOUND OUT THE NAME OF THE SONG.
IT IS CALLED COBRASTYLE AND IT IS PERFORMED BY TEDDY BEARS.

Q&A: OMG! Avril Lavigne is married, can you believe it?
Question by Linkin Park Rule!!: OMG! Avril Lavigne is married, can you believe it?
Can you believe it?
"In February 2004, she began dating fellow Canadian singer Deryck Whibley, the lead singer/guitarist of pop punk band Sum 41. On June 27, 2005, Lavigne and Whibley became engaged.[52] Whibley proposed to Lavigne by surprising her with a trip to Venice, a gondola ride, and then a romantic picnic.[52]
The couple married in a Catholic ceremony attended by about 110 guests on July 15, 2006 at a private estate in Montecito, California.[53] When asked if they were ready for kids the couple said "not right now but somewhere down the road."[54][55]"

Q&A: What neighborhoods in Los Angeles should I completely avoid living in and traveling through?hat would you like?
Question by little5points_girl: What neighborhoods in Los Angeles should I completely avoid living in and traveling through?hat would you like?
I'm looking for a home there. I'm currently considering Montecito Heights, Lincoln Heights, Little Tokyo, Silverlake, and South Pasadena.
Also, I have a son with autism and he insists on wearing all green all the time. He doesn't look or act like he has autism and is non-verbal. I know that LA has a problem with gangs and their colors. Will my son wearing green be a problem, and if so, in what area particularly?
I'm moving there because there's a great school there for autistic children.
I would actually prefer Tokyo, but my son is five and is just now understanding English.
He absolutely WILL NOT be attending public schools.
700,000 for a home is in the GHETTO there? The house is listed as worth one million, but I guess no one is willing to pay that price.
Wow. I should look elsewhere!
BTW, schools aren't good everywhere. My son's in preschool now and can read and alphabetize words and put things in numerical order..... but his teachers (this is his second school) INSIST that he can't learn that fast and they just want him to learn the alphabet, even though they've SEEN him read and alphabetize words. But he's in public school now, so I see that won't be working.

Interesting choices. Did you pick them from a map? They range from very exclusive to gang turf. You've asked several questions showing that you have concerns about living in Los Angeles, so why would you want to move here? You do understand that this is one of the MOST expensive places to live, don't you? California also has the second highest rate of unemployment in the country (Michigan is first). Finding work would be almost impossible. The costs of supporting a special needs child may be overwhelming. If your child is of school age you definitely do NOT want to live where they would attend an LAUSD school. The "colors" issue is drastically over stated. That should not be a concern

Q&A: Should i buy a small house in one of the nicest neighborhood?
Question by lala: Should i buy a small house in one of the nicest neighborhood?
or buy a normal house in a normal suburb.
say a small house in cities, like beverly hills, Montecito, Malibu etc. can go up to 800k
but with 200-300k i can get a nice house in a suburb in Atlanta.
I figure if i have say 1M to buy a house, i should get one in the nice neighborhood right? Since the house and lot price will almost double in 10 years
whereas a 200k house in an Atlanta suburb will go up in 20-50k if lucky it doesn't depreciate.
am i right in this logic? please tell me your opinion.
btw, im self-employed and make close to 250k annually.

The bigger question is can you buy anything with your self employment status. First make sure your income will qualify; you will need the last 2 years of tax returns with all schedules and you will only be able to use that income which you report. This means that what you make and what you claim are 2 different things, so check before you leap, you may be surprised.
After you figure out how much you truly qualify for, then you can address the issue of where to buy. Always at minimum, get pre-qualified from an experienced loan officer first.
