Weight Loss Discovery: Freedom From Food, A Quantum Approach

Montecito, CA (PRWEB) April 2, 2008
Eat anything you want and don't worry about a thing. Sound like a winning recipe for weight loss? Freedom from Food, a new book currently hitting local book shelves and Amazon.com, says that that's the ticket if you want to lose weight and/or achieve lasting results.
"Diets don't work on a permanent level for most people," says local author Patricia Bisch, MA, MFT. "Any of us who have ever ridden the rollercoaster cycle of dieting and binge eating know that diets are only a temporary solution; and if you are like me you have probably tried a lot of them. Freedom From Food describes a different process. It doesn't deal with diets, exercise programs, calorie counting or any form of deprivation."
Freedom From Food looks at food and weight from a unique vantage point. It examines the mind/body connection -- how your thoughts and emotions affect your body. The book points out that there is abundant scientific evidence in quantum physics to show that our thoughts and emotions directly affect our physical form. From this perspective, food is not seen as "good" or "bad" for the body.
Ms. Bisch is quick to point out that the book doesn't stop with intellectual theory. She says "People think that they can think thin on Monday and go on a diet on Tuesday. Permanent weight control doesn't work like that. You have to go through a natural weight loss process to make your mind strong enough to actually change the way your body processes food."
The program described in Ms. Bisch's book teaches precisely how to create the mental-emotional bridge that transports a person from one reality where food creates fat to another reality where you can eat whatever you want and not gain weight.
"Most of us have known people who don't do very much to maintain their weight," Ms. Bisch says. "We consider them the 'lucky ones' -- the people who never think about food, eat anything they want, and don't gain a pound. They view food on a thought level differently than others do -- as something that won't make them fat. It's this common thread in their thinking that you must learn to embody in order to achieve lasting results."
Ms. Bisch asks her readers to think of a time in their life when they, too, could eat whatever they wanted and not gain weight -- when they were in love, on a trip, when they were younger, and so forth.
She says, "Most people have already had an experience at some point in their lives of this state of being, even if the experience of being overweight goes back so far that they don't remember it. Something just got them off track. Freedom From Food teaches people how to find the road back to that earlier place. This book provides the tools (the 'how to' recipe so-to-speak) to maintain this mind/body connection for the rest of their lives."
Ms. Bisch, who experienced many painful years of dieting and binge eating before she discovered the secrets she reveals in her book, shares her story and a step by step process for permanent weight control. During the process, she says that you will actually, as she did, get on and off the scale to prove to yourself that your mind/body connection has created a shift in your body.
If you're ready to try something new and you're ready to give up your old ways of thinking, Ms. Bisch invites you to join with friends or individually to start on this new adventure that can change your relationship to food. If you are ready to, as she says, "reclaim your life now and stop struggling with food and weight", you can visit www.patriciabisch.com. There you will find a link to Amazon.com for her book, cdbaby.com for her companion CD, as well as bookstore locations for book signings, purchases, and conference call support.
"We all have a relationship with food whether we realize it or not. In her wonderful book FREEDOM FROM FOOD, Patricia Bisch offers wisdom, clarity and down-to-earth advice that will help you to understand and significantly improve your relationship with food, your body, and the process of living itself."

"Freedom From Food is a small masterpiece. It takes us into a deeper field of reality where thought creates and applies principles and practices to the most physical aspect of our lives. Demonstrating this "Quantum Weight Loss Approach" not only serves to regulate our bodies but also our whole lives. I recommend it to everyone."

I think it's teriffic! I mean, those pups need a home. They were probably kicked out and abused by their old owners. It's actually better to adopted animals though. That's my opinion.
